Insider-Gaming’s latest report reveals that Assassin’s Creed Codename Red will introduce a Samurai and Shinobi character.
The recently released teaser trailer by Ubisoft showcases the female samurai, while the Shinobi character is said to be an African refugee who has received training in the Creed’s ways.
The game is reportedly in good condition and emphasizes stealth, which should satisfy fans who were not pleased with the previous action-oriented Assassin’s Creed games.
The report indicates that Ubisoft Quebec has chosen a style close to Splinter Cell and Hitman, allowing players to conceal bodies, take refuge in tall grass, and eliminate light sources to avoid being detected by enemies.
Assassin’s Creed Codename Red is one of several new games being developed within the franchise, along with Assassin’s Creed Hexe and Assassin’s Creed Mirage. Additionally, a recent rumor suggests that Ubisoft has plans to release more games beyond those that have already been announced.
