Some Of God Of War Ragnarok Collector’s Editions Are Missing Game

If you were one of the people who bought the Collector’s Edition of God of War Ragnarok, only to find that your copy was missing the game itself, don’t worry–you’re not alone.

For example, one Twitter user reported that their copy of the God of War Ragnarok Collector’s Edition came with two codes for the same DLC–but no game. Other buyers have made similar reports, saying they received codes in place of an actual game.

The Collector’s Edition isn’t the only thing having problems, either. Some users who bought the God of War Ragnarok console bundle discovered that they were sent the PS4 version of the game, even though it was explicitly advertised as a PS5 game on the Redeem Code flyer.

The only way to guarantee the PS5 version is by paying $10 upfront to upgrade to the current-generation version of God of War Ragnarok. The Jotnar Edition also had some bumps, with reports claiming that the steelbook was left out of some orders.
