HBO’s The Last of Us series has received a brief teaser as part of the service’s upcoming preview trailer.
There’s not too much to talk about as it’s very brief, but we do get to see Joel and Ellie and some brief dialogue.
The show is set to air in 2023 and will follow the story of Joel and Ellie in same basic plot of the original game, chronicling the early stages of the outbreak to Joel and Ellie’s trek across the United States.
Naughty Dog are working with HBO to make sure the series is faithful to the game’s story. This means that fans of The Last of Us can expect an action-packed show that stays true to the source material.
In the meantime, The Last of Us: Part I for PS5 is coming on September 2, 2022.
